Zombie Bill Tracker (the "app") is built and published by Ubersoft ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: your data stays on your device, and we don't collect it.
- No account. No sign-up, no login, no profile.
- No servers. Your bills, amounts, dates, and notes live only on your device.
- No tracking. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
- Nothing reaches us. We can't see your information, because it never leaves your device.
01 Information the app stores on your device
The app lets you record bills and related details — names, amounts, due dates, categories, payment history, and your preferences such as language, currency, and theme. All of this is stored locally on your device using the device's own storage. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
02 Information we collect
We do not collect, receive, or store any personal or financial information about you. Because the app has no account system and no server component, we have no technical means of accessing the data you enter.
03 Backups and exports
The app lets you export your data as a backup file. That file is created on your device at your request and saved to a location you choose. We do not receive a copy. If you later move, share, or store that file somewhere else, it is handled under the terms of whatever service or location you select.
04 Analytics and advertising
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking technologies. We do not build a profile of you, and the app does not use advertising identifiers.
This website is separate from the app, and it does count visits — including this page. These pages use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to record which pages get read and roughly which country readers arrive from. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It does not keep your IP address, does not follow you across other sites, and never builds a profile of you. None of it touches the app: your bills, amounts and notes are on your device and are never sent anywhere.
05 Purchases
Zombie Bill Tracker is a one-time paid app. Your purchase is processed by Google Play, not by us — we never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of your purchase and account information is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
06 Permissions
The app requests only what it needs to work on your device:
- Notifications (optional): if you turn on bill reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. They are generated on the device and are not routed through any server.
- Storage (where applicable): used only to let you save or load a backup file that you create.
07 Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app collects no information at all, no personal information from any user — child or adult — is gathered by us.
08 Your choices and rights
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. You remain in full control of the information on your device: you can edit or delete any entry in the app, clear the app's data from your device settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything. Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA — you may have rights regarding personal data a company holds about you. We hold none.
09 Data security
Your information stays on your device, so its security depends largely on your device's own protections. We recommend keeping your device locked and its software up to date. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no central database of your information for anyone to breach.
10 Third-party services
The app is distributed through Google Play and uses Google Play to process payment. Apart from that, the app does not send your information to any third party.
This website loads GoatCounter, for the visit counting described in section 04, and nothing else — no fonts, scripts or images are fetched from anyone else. Your browser contacts GoatCounter directly, so it can see your IP address. It is not used by the app, and it never receives anything you have entered there.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version at zbilltracker.com/privacy. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
